WHAT IF I NEED AN E-COMMERCE OPTION?
Showit works great when paired with Shopify Lite* for the e-commerce portion of your website if needed. Shopify is one of the leading e-commerce platforms online and works seamlessly with Showit through embedding 'buy buttons', products and collections right into your Showit website. This makes it super easy if you have a brick and mortar store and if you already utilize Shopify for your product POS system.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THIS FOR ME?
We sure can! Add the customization concierge at checkout and you will be lead to a link to book a call with us to review and schedule your website customization. We charge a one time fee of $997 for template customization. Turnaround time will vary but is typically 1-2 weeks! Theme customization includes adding in your images, logos, fonts and graphics. It does not include copywriting, logos, graphic creation or product customizations. If you are needing more than the theme customization, we recommend working with us for full custom branding and or web design where we can create a fully custom brand and website for you.

HOW EASY IS IT TO SWITCH TO SHOWIT?
Your new website template comes with a video tutorial that walks you through how to add your Showit Key to import your template and also walks you through how to make changes and edits to your website easily with their drag and drop system. I made the switch from Squarespace 3 years ago and have never looked back! Previously, I also used Wordpress and hated how clunky it was. Showit has an incredible team that will help you set up your blog, migrate your current blog posts and are available M-F 4am - 7pm PST.

If you need help with your new Showit Website - Showit has an incredible support and chat and are available M-F 4am - 7pm PST to help you with your website! They usually answer within a few hours. There are also help guides where you can browse through topics to find the support you need. We also offer theme customization concierge for an additional fee (choose the add on at check out or send us an email if you would like to add it on after!).
