Will you teach me how to use my website?
Yes! We primarily work with Showit and Shopify and will provide a training video walking you through your new website, the back end, and how to make changes. We want you to feel confident in using your new website! If you don't have the time or capacity to make your own website changes in the future, we are always here to help you with à la carte support!

How long are your retainer partnerships?
We believe in consistency, and lasting results don’t come out of quick fixes. This ongoing monthly support includes design, strategy, direction, visual alignment support, website copywriting, website structure and page planning, optimized desktop + mobile website design, website updates and regular refinements, Showit tech support, SEO audits, titles, meta description, and keyword strategy, AI visibility, searchability optimized blog posts, written and designed emails, and messaging tweaks so your online presence is always at peak performance.
In order to see the biggest results from doing each of these consistently, our retainer partnerships are 12 months for new clients, or 6 months for previous clients (since we’ve already done the ground work with you).
