That’s why we work with you every single step of the way, exploring your ideas down to the last detail and collaborating with you on your vision to ensure that we capture the unique qualities and beauty of your relationship.
As part of our personalized service, we get to know you better and understand your needs in the following ways:
CONSULTATION & QUESTIONNAIRE
First things first, we schedule either an in person or phone call consultation to really get to know you and learn about your vision and goals of the project. We go through an in depth questionnaire to dig deep and to get everything down to the very last detail.
PROPOSAL, CONTRACT & BOOKING
After our consultation & the questionnaire, we will take the information, design options and ideas and put together a detailed custom proposal for you to review, make changes or additions to. Once the proposal and contract are signed and the 50% deposit is made, we can start the design process!
MOOD BOARD, SKETCH & DESIGN
From mood board, to artistic concept sketches and mockups, to bringing all those ideas to life — you are involved every step of the way! Your package will include two (2) rounds of design revisions for a total of three (3) design proofs. Once the final design is approved, we can go to print & production!
PRINT & PRODUCTION
Some items are printed in house and some items are printed by our trusted printing partners. During this time we also order and prep any specialty items such as Wax Seals, Silk Ribbon, or Custom Postage. Follow us on Instagram for any sneak peeks of your project!
