White Label Contract Designers
We’re so excited to share that Monarch Design Co. is expanding our creative roster!
We're looking for talented, kind, and collaborative white-label brand and web designers to support our client projects on a per-project basis.
You’ll be working behind the scenes under the Monarch Design Co. umbrella, while I act as your creative director and client concierge, matching you with projects based on your style, strengths, and availability.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
✨ Are a team player who’s kind, thoughtful, and collaborative
✨ Have a strong portfolio of branding and/or Showit website design work
✨ Can take creative direction and run with it. You love building out design stories and concepts
✨ Have an eye for aesthetic, storytelling, and strategic visual hierarchy
✨ Are confident working in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Showit
✨ Bonus: You have experience with Squarespace, Webflow, or Shopify
✨ Are organized, detail-oriented, and great at packaging up files cleanly
✨ Are excited to be part of a purpose-driven studio that supports small business growth
✨ Love working on meaningful projects and supporting big-picture goals together
Now Hiring: Contract / Project-Based Roles
The Details
- Freelance / Contract Role
- Remote (based in Canada or U.S. preferred for timezone alignment; UK considered)
- Project-based with flexible scheduling
- May include occasional team or client calls
- Supported with clear direction, brand strategy, and creative guidance
- You’ll get to focus on design, without managing client comms, proposals, or admin
This is a long-term opportunity for designers who want to plug into a supportive studio environment and do great work with awesome people.
