Order and send out your save the datecards to your family and friends.This is also the perfect time to startyour Pinterest inspiration board!⁠

Wedding Invitations⁠
Shop for wedding invitations,meet with wedding stationerydesigners and order samples,paper and colour swatches⁠

6-4 months⁠

Wedding Invitation Design⁠
Begin design process with your stationerydesigner for your invitation suite.⁠
⁠
3–6 weeks before mailing out⁠

Print + Production⁠
Depending on your stationery designer,they may outsource printing or have thecapability to print in house. Depending on thematerials and print methods, your stationerydesigner will need time to order in anyspecialty items (wax seals, envelopes, ribbon) for your invitations.⁠

2–3 months⁠

Mail Your Invitations⁠
Assemble, address and send out yourwedding invitations. don’t forget toweigh your invites to make sure you haveenough postage! If you have mail back RSVPcards, make sure you include a stamp forthe rsvp envelope!⁠

8 weeks before

Reception⁠
Order any other wedding stationerylike ceremony programs, place cards,seating chart, menu cards, wedding favourtags, table numbers & signage.⁠

3–6 months after⁠

Thank You Cards⁠
Order, write and mail outyour thank you cards toyour guests⁠
