Professionally trained as a full-stack graphics and web designer, I am a design guru with a passion for branding design and typography and a unique style that lives and breathes imagination. I adore working with a wide range of clients to design bespoke branding for creatives and small business owners. As an enneagram 2w3 through and through, I never get tired of seeing our clients fall in love with their biz all over again.
I'm Ashley Wyatt
My Story
When my mom was diagnosed with stage 3A breast cancer years ago, I kept seeing monarch butterflies everywhere. When I looked up their symbolic meaning, I discovered that they are a sign of growth, rebirth and that everything will be okay. It was a sign I couldn’t ignore, so I followed my gut to go back to my branding and website design roots and rebranded to Monarch Design Co. My mom recovered and I’m so happy I followed where the monarchs were leading me.
My story began before I can even remember. I was always surrounded by design growing up: my dad was a designer and Art Director, so I naturally followed in his footsteps. In 2018, I started Monarch Design Co. as a passion project doing calligraphy, laser cut signs, seating charts, live calligraphy and workshops. Before I knew it, it grew into a full-blown business and I had to make one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make: stay at my full-time job working at an ad agency or pursue my own creative path. I decided to bet on myself, trust the journey and dive in before I was fully ready — and I’ve never looked back.

Brandilynn Ainnes

Beginning as a wedding photographer turned designer, Brandilynn has been an entrepreneur since 2011 and holds a degree in English with an emphasis in sociolinguistics. Brandilynn is passionate about creating high-converting, modern website design for creative entrepreneurs that put their small business in the best light. However, her heart truly belongs to her two boys, her forever fiancé and being the sole caregiver to a parent with a super rare neurodegenerative disease and dementia. When she’s not designing websites, you’ll find her living at the beach, planning her next adventure and delving deep into the skincare and birth space!
Andrea Barras
BRAND DESIGNER
As a brand designer, Andrea’s goal is to inspire, empower and connect with people who understand the value of good design to help them grow their business and bring their ideas to life. Through her work as a lifelong creative with over 10 years of experience in design, consulting and brand development, she collaborates with startups, established entrepreneurs and freelancers from all over the globe.
