This was me to a T!
When I was in university, I was in a toxic relationship.
I knew I needed to make a change if I wanted to move forward.
After I left that relationship I continued to work on myself.
Then, I met my now-husband, Tayne. I never thought that I was worthy of love like this. My parents divorced when I was 16 and I had developed limiting beliefs on love and relationships.
When I changed my mindset, other things started to change and fall into place. When I chose to do the work, the progress followed.
It is a constant practice to keep your thoughts in check.
